Synopsis
Unconditional love is more expressed when lost sinners receive what they do not deserve, all Christians know that they did not deserve to their salvation but God’s love was expressed to them unconditionally. The story of Joseph benevolent love for his brothers is one such story of a demonstration of unconditional love, Joseph’s brothers were filled with hatred against him, to a point that they had murder intentions for him. However, when Joseph become the second in command in Egypt he treats them with gracious hospitality - by giving them back their silver for the grain, giving food to their donkeys, giving them water to wash their feet and giving them food and drinks to merry with him.
Millions of people are recipient of God’s love against whom they have sinned (the common Grace of God), however others have not acknowledged God’s love, Apostle Paul says in Romans 2:4 “God’s kindness and compassion is meant to lead us repentance” God has spoken to us in His Word.
