Synopsis
Psalm 119 is longest Psalm, and Psalms is the longest book in the Bible. The centrality of God's word in our lives as Christians is highlighted in this Psalm, which is a song of wholehearted desire for the Word of God.
The word of God is for the heart of man, and the way to the heart is through the mind. In this passage, we consider the Psalmist's description of his circumstances and the Psalmist's petition to The LORD – "give me life according to your word".
