Reflection — April 21 2022
When those we have grievously wronged in the past treat us with unrestrained friendliness, bountiful generosity and unsparing kindness, it not only magnifies our own sinful attitudes toward them, but also our nasty and heartless cruelty. Then we begin to see how utterly inexcusable our callous treatment of them had been. I can only imagine how pained the consciences of Joseph's brothers were whenever they were in his presence. (Genesis 15:15)
