The Love of God stretches down into this sinful world to rescue broken people, whose lives are scarred and ruined by sin. In His mercy, He lifts us up into His arms with enthusiastic, exultant joy because He delights in those whom He has redeemed with joyful singing. (Zephaniah 3:14-17)
