Daily Reflection — March 15 2021

The Philippian jailer, trembling with fear, threw himself on his knees and begs Paul and Silas for an answer to his question, "what must I do to be saved?"(Acts 16:29). He knows he is a ruined man, not only because he fears that he's lost his prisoners, his job and his life, but for an even deeper reason. He has witnessed the power of God and how it ruins all human opposition, demolishes a self-centered life and breaks loose all barriers. And he got his answer: "Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved" (Acts 16:31).
