Zacchaeus may not have had the right height, but he had legs, and he used them to climb the tree in order to see Jesus. The little man was determined to see Jesus and would not allow the crowd to stop him from seeing Jesus. Let not your present unworthiness keep you from coming to Jesus. Come as you are. (Luke 19:3-4)
