Daily Reflection — May 30 2020
If a preacher takes a verse out of its context, it is like standing in shallow water, where you cannot experience the natural force of the flow of the current. Biblical truth is like a mighty stream, that moves in one direction, and the force of truth is to be found where the water runs swiftest and deepest, and that deep point is the biblical author’s intent.
