It is a height of spiritual folly and sacrilege for mortal man, in whom lives borrowed breath, to think that he can decree anything that can come to pass. God alone has absolute sovereignty to actualise, with perfect, unerring wisdom and power, what is and will be. As for you, O man, your words are simply empty, senseless abstractions from a mind devoid of divine knowledge.
