Daily Reflection — April 19 2019
The gospel comes to us on death row, in the prison of our fallen nature, from which we have no possibility of escape. There, inside our barred prison cell, the gospel declares that God has a gracious answer to the problem of our sin - Christ's death on the cross opens the door to our freedom if we look up to Him with our eyes of faith.
