Daily Reflection — March 16 2019
When the night is dark, and the darkness conceals the dangers lurking in the shadows, these hazards assume an exaggerated character, and our imagination feeds the mind with greater fear. The dangers we can see clearly by day are less frightening than those we imagine to be there by night. But those who trust in the LORD, the Holy Writ promises, shall not be afraid of the terrors of the night of the night or the perils of the day. (Psalm 91)
